Seal (Bryan) Nünlist, Säntisstrasse 48, 8311 Brütten, Switzerland. Email: contact@sealnuenlist.ch. This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

In short

This website has no form and uses no tracking or analytics tools. The website itself does not set cookies.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you open it, Netlify processes technically necessary data in server logs, for example IP address, date and time, requested page and browser. This data may be processed on servers outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the USA. The basis is my interest in a secure and stable service.

Fonts

All fonts are served directly from this website. There is no connection to Google Fonts.

YouTube

The video in the "The sport" section only loads after you click it, through youtube-nocookie.com (Google). Only then is data such as your IP address sent to YouTube. Until then the website shows a preview image that sits on my own server.

Payments via Stripe

Supporter contributions and donations are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, or Stripe, Inc., USA), depending on your choice with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or TWINT (one-off contributions only). Stripe collects the data needed for the payment. From Stripe I receive your name, email address, delivery address (for the card, poster and start plate), the amount, and your answer on whether I may list your name on the website. You can manage or cancel yearly contributions at any time in the Stripe customer portal (billing.stripe.com). It can be reached at sealnuenlist.ch/manage; there Stripe processes your email address and the details of your subscription. When you open the payment pages or the portal, technical data such as your IP address is sent to Stripe. Stripe's own privacy policy applies as well.

Contact by email

If you write to me, I use your details only to reply to you.

Sharing and retention

I do not sell data. I keep supporter data as long as I need it for the rewards and for legal retention duties.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data and for it to be corrected or deleted. Just send me an email. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
